As soon as I saw the title of the email I knew the struggle was over.
It is with a heavy heart that I let everyone know that baby Zachary
passed away this morning.
Here is the email I received from Donna Beals, Zachary's grandmother:

Dear friends and family,
We are saddened to announce the death of Zachary Stephen (Beals)
Harrison the morning of July 10, 2000. We appreciate all your prayers
and thoughts these past 5 1/2 months (and the prayers before his birth).
At this time the arrangements are being made will update you via
e-mail as soon as we know more.
THANK YOU ALL SO VERY MUCH FOR EVERYTHING.

I can't even imagine what it must be like to lose a child, especially
after spending 5 1/2 months nurturing, praying, and fighting with him
as he tried to overcome unbeatable odds. My heart goes out to both
the Beals and Harrison families.
Please continue to pray for them as they deal with this loss...
